In Memorandum, Senior Partner – Ronald E. Soderling

With over 50 years in the real estate business,  Ron Soderling served a valuable role not only as an investor, but also with his ownership philosophy, marketing and long term vision for each project.  He served as a Trustee of Chapman University and a Trustee at Woodbury University, and held honorary Doctor of Laws Degrees from both universities.  His presence will be missed.

Managing Partner—James K Biram

With over 30 years in the real estate business, Jim Biram serves as the managing partner for Resco Properties, providing asset management, as well as overseeing the management team.  Jim has been active as a board member of the South Coast YMCA, and is presently a member of NAIOP, as well as IREM.

Leasing-Property Manager – Ann Whiteley

Ann Whiteley brings over 20 years commercial real estate experience to the Resco team.   Prior to joining Resco she was responsible for management and leasing of a portfolio totaling over 1 million square feet of Class A and B office properties in Orange and Los Angeles counties.   Ann has extensive experience in building renovation, tenant improvements and lease negotiations.  She is currently responsible for the management and leasing of our Laguna Hills business parks as well as our office properties in Tustin and Newport Beach.
